Paris to test 100 Renault-Nissan EVs

 

A large-scale test involving 100 electric Renault-Nissan cars and light vehicles will be conducted in Paris, France for the first time. Called SAVE (Seine Aval Véhicules Electriques), the project was announced last Thursday (June 2) by partners Renault-Nissan Alliance and the EDF (Électricité de France) Group. Under the program, consumers, professionals, and local government employees can try out the vehicles for one year, starting September, 2010.
