ETV Motors announces $ 12 million Series A investment

An Israeli start-up developer of electric vehicle propulsion technology, ETV Motors Ltd. (ETVM), announced a $12 million Series A investment round led by Newport Beach-based The Quercus Trust. 21Ventures LLC also co-invested in the round.
